Ministries
We use our Discover Fund to find new grantee partners through our existing network of global ministries. We assess potential partners using our Impact Flow scorecard to ensure investment in church centered, gospel proclaiming projects that have the potential to scale and expand their reach into new regions or countries.
We are proud to partner with several strategic partners to identify new leaders innovating in the USA, and working in both unreached and high poverty contexts around the world. At IGI we do the due diligence needed to ensure our donor’s giving is directly tracked and managed, while coming alongside grantees to help them reach their community transformation goals.
Fuel
Innovate and scale their impact
We use our Seed/Incubator Fund to provide relevant coaching, consulting and training to increase the capacity of local leaders in the areas of "Innovation" (leadership, development, strategic direction, fundraising, governance, entrepreneurship.), Gospel Faithfulness, and Outcomes Measurement.
Based off of our ImpactFlow Score card and baseline ministry assessment we identify each ministry’s strategic growth needs and develop a custom plan to help their leaders receive the tools, coaching, and accountability they need to succeed. We are passionate about measuring outcomes well and want our grantee to be able to both qualitatively and quantitatively demonstrate the change they help propel in the lives of their beneficiaries.
We mobilize business and ministry leaders to give their time, talent and treasure through IGI University- in person and online- and direct coaching. We develop simple and effective opportunities to build bridges between donors and ministry leaders resulting in mutually edifying relationships that help ministries accelerate their growth.
Fund
Gospel sustainability
We invest incrementally in organizations of various stages in order to incubate and expand gospel proclaiming projects around the world. We give grants tied to mutually agreed upon goals and expectations, in order to create new funding streams and more effectively reach each organization’s beneficiaries. Each grantee commits to strict accountability and reporting with the goal of personal and organizational growth. Through our Discovery, Seed/Incubate, and Propel Ministry funds we are able to leverage and multiply the generous charitable investments we steward.
Our Results
Philippines, Uganda and Guatemala
ICM finds and helps the poorest families that others can’t reach using strategies backed by in-depth, world-class research in order to deliver the highest impact for the lowest possible cost- all through gospel-proclaiming local churches. In under 2 years with IGI’s support ICM has expanded its operations from the Philippines to Uganda and Guatemala. There are now over 31 full time workers serving in ultra poor, remote communities focused on sharing the gospel holistically and well on their way to sustainably serve tens of thousands of individuals.
USA
Andrea Counts
FAST is dedicated to offering gospel hope to women and girls exploited by sex trafficking through prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation. Andrea is a true local super-hero who has dedicated her life to reaching, rescuing, and restoring young people in the DC area who are at risk or have become victims of trafficking. Andrea is exactly the kind of leader we want to see thrive and she is ready to multiply and change the lives of many with a message of hope wrapped in practical care and support.

Jeremiah Cho
Jeremiah Cho is on a mission to serve the most unreached children of the world by training, equipping, and supporting local leaders. As a proven leader overseeing the work of hundreds of local missionaries in over 26 countries, he has a God sized vision of sustainably reaching 5% of all the children in his region- over 30 million!- with sustained Gospel hope.
End-to-End Project
Sam Harrell
ABS is committed to making the Bible available to every person in a language and format each can understand, so all people may experience its life-changing message. Sam Harrell oversees the expansion of a proven end-to-end process to fulfill the great commission. Each project is implemented by local leaders, empowering indigenous pastors to help people consistently engage with the life transforming hope of the scriptures.
